My name is Laura Suzanne Snell and I am originally from the SF Bay Area. I have been living in Las Vegas since 1993. I completed the Aesthetician Program at Academy of Hair Design, Las Vegas and got my license in 2003. I served on the Board of Directors for Nevada Aestheticians Professional Association for the 2003-2006 years, winning "Aesthetician of the Year" for 2005 and being elected President for 2006.

I have taken many additional courses in makeup artistry through MAC, Cinema Secrets, Ryder Labs, Trucco, Tony & Tina, Too Faced, Delux to name a few. I was very fortunate to have apprenticed under "Hollywood Makeup Artist" Maurice Stein of Cinema Secrets in Burbank, California and "Celebrity Makeup Artist" Mycki Manning of Mycki Manning Makeup Masters in Las Vegas.

I still attend classes and makeup forums on a regular basis to keep up with the current looks and trends. I have a network of fellow makeup artists and hair stylists that I work with on a regular basis and together we create miracles, tranforming the ordinary to the extraordinary.

In addition to makeup artistry I offer facials and waxing as part of my services, I have a room at Cloud 9 Salon and Day Spa at 3211 North Tenaya Way. I can also point you in the right direction as far as lasers, botox, cosmetic surgery if you are interested.

Having the Aesthetician background has been very helpful in working with the different skin types and having a greater understanding of proper sanitation. I am currently licensed in both Nevada and California.

I pack a very professional kit which includes stainless steel mixing palettes and spatulas, professional makeup brushes, top of the line cosmetics from Cinema Secrets, MAC, Makeup Forever, Ben Nye, etc, artificial eyelashes, brush cleaner, disposable applicators, hand sanitizer. I do airbrush upon request, and I use the "Iwata" which is the industry standard.
